We truly value your time and loyalty and want to ensure we continue providing the best possible service. Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, we will now require a credit card on file to secure appointments moving forward.

Additionally, we will be enforcing our cancellation policy to help minimize disruptions and allow us to accommodate more clients.

We’ve updated our grooming software again—thanks for your patience! We’re excited to try this new system, designed specifically for groomers. Once you’re signed up, it should run smoothly.

If you haven’t signed up yet, please take a moment to do so. 

Please be advised we now require a credit card on file and a $15 deposit for all grooming appointments due to a large amount of no-shows and last minute cancellations. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
